What Should I Wear To A Wedding?

My boyfriend’s friend is having a wedding on October 24th, and I was invited also. I have never really been to many weddings, only family, and I was able to ask them how to dress. But I don’t really see my boyfriends friend and I have only met them a few times. The invitation is quite fancy (white with gold raised fancy writing, and a meal card and rsvp.) The wedding is in a church I think and the reception hall is large and beautiful (a real hall, not like a fire hall or anything). I am very unsure of what to wear. Please help! Thank you!!

Just pick a classic dress that is pretty neutral. Nothing in the colors of the wedding and def. not white or creamy. You can also wear a pant-suit that looks nice (not Clintonish) with a pretty top. But personally, I would go with a very nice looking dress that is quite long. Silver is also a good color or shades of brown. Compliment your boyfriend’s outfit. Go with the same color scheme to coordinate as well. But go with a classic longer cut. Just a long as you nice and classy then you’ll blend right in. Have fun!!!!

Well if the invitation says formal or black tie, you’ll need a floor length dress.
If it says semi-formal you should wear a cocktail dress.
If it doesn’t say anything, go off of the time of the wedding. If it’s a day wedding, a day dress would be fine. If it’s in the evening, go with a cocktail dress or a top/skirt that looks like evening wear.

Tea length and keep the look classic. Don’t take my word for it, just start googling.
