my son is jewish and will get married to a catholic girl and she wants a religious ceremony in her church?

If your son is going to be married in the catholic church he has to first convert to Catholicism. Then they will have a traditional catholic ceremony which is basically a catholic mass with wedding vows. They can be about an hour long ceremony. He will take the Eucharist just like at a regular catholic mass and say his vows. Thats pretty much all. I am catholic so if you have any more questions please let me know. :0)
In order to get married in a catholic church, your son will have to have his sacraments. Baptism, Communion and Confirmation. He can call the church and find out where and when classes are being held.
